Shipping
At this stage, we are only able to fulfil orders placed within Australia.
We send all our orders using the shipping rate selected at checkout. All orders over $75.00 will be shipped via free standard shipping. All orders over $99.00 will be shipped via free express shipping.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed with standard shipping will be delivered between 4-6 business days.
Orders placed with express shipping will be delivered between 2-4 business days.
Please note, orders containing aerosol products will experience slightly longer delivery times. These items may take up to 5-10 business to arrive as they will need to be transported via road.
*Our aerosol products are Hairspray, High Hold Hairspray, Dry Shampoo, Volumising Spray, Mousse and Dry Texture Spray. All packs containing aerosols will be treated as an aerosol and will be shipped accordingly.
Returns

Should you find a fault in a product you've received, please contact us at hello@hauteair.com.au
Please include your name and order number in your email with a photo attachment of the faulty product where possible.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
